Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all 48 continental states
in the USA. Please note that delivery to Alaska,
Hawaii, or international locations is not available
at this time.

Delivery Type

Curbside Delivery means your order will be delivered
directly to your vehicle or the curb outside
your address. Our delivery team will notify
you upon arrival, and you can receive your package
without leaving your car.

Inspection Window

You have 24 hours (standard) or 48 hours (for larger
orders) to inspect your delivery. Please check
the condition, quantity, and functionality
of your items during this time. Any issues reported
after the inspection window may not be eligible
for replacement.

What to do upon delivery

  1. Verify the delivery label matches your order.

  2. Inspect the packaging for damage or tampering.

  3. Open the package carefully, check all items.

  4. Confirm all items are present and working.

  5. If everything satisfied, accept and sign.

How to report damage

If any items are damaged or missing, please submit a report using our Damage Report Form.

Include photos and a brief description to speed up the resolution process.
